He worked with my sister to help her decide the dimensions of the spray above the casket since she wanted to make it herself to honor our mom. He took care of filling out all the paperwork for the insurance company. He treated us with compassion and kindness the whole time. He even did a follow up recently to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could help us with. My husband and I already have a pre planned funeral with him.
